Eugene Scintillescent Electrical Engineering Services (ESEES) is an Engineering Procurement Consultancy Construction and System Integration (EPCCS) firm, located in the Philippines that offers cutting-edge technology  in the field of Electrical, Solar PV and SCADA automation systems for a wide range of industrial applications. The firm focuses on system integration and engineering automation solution packages for not just local electric utilities, but also instrumentation, control, and automation need for oil, gas, water, railway systems, and building management systems. It also offers Solar PV systems for residentials and commercial requirements.

At ESEES, nothing is more crucial than making sure there are practical, effective safeguards in place to protect the health and safety of our workers, clients, subcontractors, and local residents. We shall encourage such initiatives for safeguarding the SAFETY, HEALTH, and ENVIRONMENT of individuals affected by the Company's activities while also adhering to applicable laws when executing this policy.

4. Maintains contingency plans for major mishaps to reduce damage to persons and property, and collaborates with emergency services to create and put these plans into action. 
5. Take moral responsibility for the employees' safety, welfare, and consideration of other people's sensibilities.
6. Be proactive, devoted, and determined to improve safety continuously until the highest level is reached.
7. Offers goods that, when used in line with given guidance, won't lead to harm to the body or injuries.
8. Takes the necessary steps to reduce any negative consequences of its operations on the quality of the air, water, soil, plants, and animals
